Exchange Policy
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from the product shown on our website, brandoooo.com will take full responsibility for replacing the item. To process the exchange:
The customer is required to return the parcel through Pakistan Post to our address, which will be provided by our support team once your claim is verified.
Important:
Exchanges are only allowed if the item you receive does not match the product image shown online.
If a customer wishes to exchange an article without any fault from our side, both delivery charges (for sending and returning) will be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges are available only for purchases made within Pakistan.
Products are eligible for exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Important Note:
Dear Customers — please record a video while opening your parcel. In case of any damage or missing items, the video proof must be sent to us. Without a video, we will not accept any claims.
We will not refund the money to the customer but we can change it they find any issue in the product.
